![]() endometriosis can still be the root of these issues.Īlthough period pain is the number one symptom associated with endometriosis, many individuals have symptoms that occur right before their periods, during ovulation, or throughout the entire month. Thus, even if an individual does not experience painful periods, but she presents some of the other symptoms of abnormal periods, such as nausea and vomiting, bowel and bladder dysfunction, etc. An abnormal period can still be occurring, with painful and heavy menstrual bleeding not occuring, due to the backward flow of menstruation. However, just because an individual does not experience painful periods or heavy bleeding, does not mean endometriosis should be ruled out. Both are common symptoms in endometriosis patients and are thus closely linked. Abnormal periods can also include gastrointestinal discomfort, leg pain (neuropathy), and more, whereas painful periods are often associated with heavy and prolonged menstrual flow (menorrhagia). How do painful periods differ from abnormal periods?Ībnormal periods, the first fundamental symptom of endometriosis, may include painful cramping. They aren’t just a nuisance that she has to deal with, like normal cramps. Killer cramps kill whatever a person is doing or wanting to do at the time. She may not even be able to get out of bed and prefer lying on her bed in a fetal position, unable to move. She may have to excuse herself in the middle of a social function and find somewhere private to lie down so that she can catch her breath and try to mentally get through the episode. She may not be able to play with her kids or drive them to their appointments. She may have to stay home from work, school, or other activities, perhaps for days at a time. The pain from cramps due to endometriosis is so severe, so intense, that it can completely alter a person’s daily life. How can painful periods affect quality of life? These cramps can occur not only during menstruation but also during ovulation. These cramps may start out feeling like normal menstrual cramps, but the level of pain can suddenly and quickly escalate to an incapacitating level. These cramps are frequently associated with very heavy and prolonged menstruation (menorrhagia), often including blood clots. Painful cramping due to endometriosis, however, is not “normal” cramping. ![]() ![]() They may be uncomfortable, but an over-the-counter pain medication should ease the pain enough to allow an individual to continue thier day. What is the difference between painful periods and normal menstrual cramps? They can be excruciatingly uncomfortable, often forcing patients to not take part in their day to day activities. Painful periods are the second chief symptom of endometriosis and can be thought of as abnormally painful cramping during one’s period. ![]() Since Black Panther: Wakanda Forever's release, many rumors, reports, and theories have surfaced online about Captain America 4 and Thunderbolts centering on the story of a Vibranium arms race. Val has already been confirmed as a member of Thunderbolts' team, and Ross is likely to be included should the theories around him becoming Red Hulk in Captain America: New World Order come to pass. In terms of how this could set up Thunderbolts, the roles of Val and President Ross are vital. Regardless, either theory would work narratively for why Sam lost his initial Cap costume. Sam has many connections to Wakanda after The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, so this is certainly a possibility. This would fit with Riri Williams' story, who was forbidden from taking her Vibranium Ironheart suit outside of Wakanda. After Wakanda Forever established that the rest of the world now wishes to possess Vibranium, it could be the case that they request Sam's suit back to avoid the precious metal falling into the wrong hands. This would explain why Sam had to create a new suit, but also why Ross is an antagonist in this film and going against Cap.Īnother possibility, though it is admittedly less likely, is that the Wakandans reclaim Sam's suit. for the film who is at odds with Sam, the latter could have his suit confiscated by the former. With Thunderbolt Ross also being confirmed as the President of the U.S. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier made it clear that Sam's suit was made in Wakanda, likely implementing various Vibranium elements from the wings and shield to the fibers in the suit. covets Vibranium, Sam could come into the firing line. Given that it has been established that the U.S. The suit was saved for a reveal in the series finale, with the anticipation marking a momentous occasion when Sam suited up as Cap for the first time. In the fifth episode, Sam finally accepted his role as Captain America, with the cliffhanger ending setting up his first Cap appearance in a brand-new suit. The show told an incredibly compelling story - at least in regard to Sam's journey - about the character coming to terms with taking on the Captain America mantle. On the other hand, Sam Wilson's suit change needs to be explained for one major reason, stemming from the story of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. While characters like Iron Man regularly updated his armor and even provided Spider-Man with new costumes, characters like Thor, Steve Rogers' Captain America, and Ant-Man would regularly change outfits without explanation. Usually, MCU sequels will outfit their characters in suits different from their previous appearances, with little to no explanation as to why the change has taken place. However it shakes out, the jury’s still out on Walker’s true allegiance - but for now, you’re right to feel wary of the man.Firstly though, it is worth pointing out that Captain America: New World Order needs to explain the new Captain America costume. Maybe he’s more Trevor Slattery than Mandarin - or, to use a more relevant comparison, more Ralph Bohner than Mephisto. Maybe, though, Walker’s just a prop a stage-actor, effectively, like the initial USO tour days of Captain America: The First Avenger. Read more at our Falcon and Winter Soldier hub. Avengers: Endgame already broached this topic with Steve’s “Hail Hydra” gambit, but Falcon and the Winter Soldier could go there in a bigger way. ![]() But is that the way the show will take it? With the powers of the Founding Titan, Eren woke up the countless Colossal Titans making up the walls of Paradis Island. The award-winning manga ended back in 2021, and the anime adaptation is most likely releasing the finale in a 3 part special because there are only 5 more chapters left, which isn't enough material for a full season. In short, the final season has a total of 29 episodes. Attack on Titan Season 4 is distributed across three parts, with the third further divided into two parts. The show returned in 2017 with another 12 episodes and came back in 2019 with a 22-episode third season, which was also split into two parts. Attack on Titan aired its first season in 2013, consisting of 25 episodes, after which it went on a four-year hiatus. It could've been an epic exit for the series to have its ending aired as a feature film, but the worldwide phenomenon needs no grand marketing. Even though The Final Chapters have been split into longer episodes going over an hour, they're not movies. Seasons 1 and 2 were full seasons consisting of several episodes that were released weekly, but the series broke into multiple parts in the last two seasons. However, it's rumored that the saga is meant to conclude sometime in Fall 2023. Unfortunately, fans have only been treated to a teaser, and there's no announcement for Episode 2's release date as of yet. The Final Chapter Special 2 trailer was released on July 2, 2023, which is only a 40-second tease into this decade's most highly anticipated finale. Attack on Titan Season 4 Final Chapter Special 1, Part 3 aired on March 3, 2023, as episode 88. It was announced that The Final Season will feature a three-part story, two of which have already wowed the fans. Another important fact we can notice from the figure is that the size of the resulting subnets can be calculated by subtracting the interesting octet value from 256, which corresponds to the magic number concept used in the OCG book. This is because the interesting octet, by definition, will have a binary value of all 0’s in the host portion of the octet and all 1’s in the subnet portion. The figure highlights one important fact: in all subnetting schemes, the last subnet octet always corresponds to the interesting octet described in the OCG book. The next one divides the network in eight subnets (/27) and the last one in sixteen subnets (/28). The second one corresponds to a /26, which divides the network in four subnets. The first one corresponds to a /25 mask, which divides the original network in two subnets. The figure shows four different subnetting schemes. Therefore, the subnet ID will be 10.0.50.72/29.īut, at this point, you may ask yourself: why does it work? In order to understand this process, let’s have a look at the following figure: The value ‘X’ will be the largest multiple of 8 that is less than 76, which is 72. ![]() To find the last octet ‘X’, we have to follow the step 3 and calculate the magic number as 256 – 248 = 8. Following the previous procedure, since the first three octets are 255, to find the resulting subnet ID we just need to copy the first three octets of the IP address: 10.0.50.X. In this case, the subnet mask in dotted decimal notation (DDN) is 255.255.255.248. Calculate the subnet ID octet as the largest multiple of the magic number that is less than the correspoding IP octet.Īs an example, let’s find the resident subnet ID of the IP address 10.0.50.76/29.Calculate the magic number as 256 – V, where V is the decimal value of the interesting octet. If the mask octet is an interesting octet:.And now you have your subnet number, broadcast address, and host range without having to use any binary. If the mask octet is 0, put a 0 in the same position. To find the host range, simply add 1 to the final octet of the subnet number and subtract 1 from the final octet of the broadcast address. If the mask octet is 255, just copy the corresponding IP octet in the same position. The process of finding the resident subnet ID of an IP address described in the book can be summarized as follows. The OCG book calls that octet the interesting octet. Finding the subnet ID given an IP address and a non-trivial subnet mask can be a challenge at first, but with practice, it can become a second nature making possible to solve subnetting problems in just a few seconds. Since, by definition, a subnet mask cannot interleave 0s and 1s, the possible values for that octet are: 128, 192, 224, 240, 248, 252 and 254. Mastering subnetting is a fundamental skill in network engineering. A difficult mask is a subnet mask that has one octet that is neither 0 nor 255. In this book, the author describe a process to find the subnet ID when using a difficult mask. The back yard fence was about 460 ft and cost roughly $475 with a few days time and a few sore muscles. We only used three per post.īecause they didn’t need much more to finish enclosing the back half of the house (thinking that was big enough), they bought welded wire fencing to finish it off.
